I am a Licensed Clinical Social worker based in Hayden, Idaho with a passion for helping individuals address past and current experiences that may be impacting their well-being. I am dedicated to helping individuals work through emotional challenges and cultivate growth in their own lives. I have successfully treated individuals with trauma, complex trauma, attachment disruptions, co-dependency, mood disorders, anxiety, and panic disorders utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches to best fit my clients needs.
